Franklin Flooring is currently completing corridor upgrades at Grace Inspired Living – Community at Rockhill as part of a renovation project in collaboration with Lenhardt Rodgers Architecture + Interiors on the interior design.

This project involves the renovation of existing corridors within the occupied Waterfall building, requiring careful planning and coordination to minimize disruption to residents and daily operations.

The Franklin team is providing demolition, floor preparation, and installation services, supporting enhanced comfort, durability, and functionality within an active senior living environment.
