As part of ongoing upgrades to Grace Inspired – Community at Rockhill, Franklin Flooring completed a unique flooring installation in the Fifth Floor Solarium, transforming a former brick paver and sand surface into a finished interior space. Following removal by the client’s landscaper, the team prepared the substrate and pumped and poured over 4 inches of ARDEX K 34 lightweight self-leveling underlayment in two lifts. Patcraft LVT was then installed in a custom recess scribed pattern, delivering a clean, high-performance finish. Designed by Lenhardt Rodgers Architecture & Interiors, the completed space reflects both durability and thoughtful design integration.
